Good day. Overall I am happy with the system, however, when you look at the remote control, it is not always obvious which way is up or down on the orientation of the unit. Being all white, it is also difficult to see the raised icons on the unit. I would suggest you add the Brand name "AJAX" to the remote control unit, but in black lettering, (This will help with orientation). Also use black paint on the raised areas of the icons, so they are more visible.I would also suggest you use a "P" for the panic icon and make it a different color, such as red. Perhaps you can consider green for open and red/orange for the two closed options...........Thanks and best regardsVossie Vorster0828888606
