The devices are easy to install, and the app is straightforward to use to manage the system. There is detailed support documentation too. Having come from a paid alarm service, the Ajax alarm is much more versatile (set zone) and the all settings can be adjusted. We have a cat, and the MotionCams have never triggered the alarm due to the cat's movement inside the zones covered by the sensors. Plus, we now have the outbuilding protected using the DoorProtect. Very happy with this system.To add, more recently we have had some internet outages, and so we have added a 2G SIM card to the Hub2. Now, the main connection is through the ethernet cable, but the 2G is there as a fallback when the internet drops. As a guide to the bandwidth, in 3 weeks of alarm usage (but no triggers), only 1.7MB of data has been used.
