We are users from Sweden, and we are very satisfied with Ajax. The only cost is buying the product, and then it is easy peasy to install and use. So we can really recommend it! The only reason it is impossible give it 5 stars is cause it is a really chaotic app where you can´t move around your units you have. So if I add new units or move the units we have, and I have named my units - and I would like to change the place on them in my list in the app, it is not possible.. So the list of units is is today not possible to move units around, sort the list by name etc. Should be very easy to fix, then we would be even more happy! Also one negative thing is if you buy the camera, it is pretty expensive but have a very low quality (even if you take largest one). So use and external system if you want high resolution on camera picture / movies. But for the purpose of being an alarm system, the Ajax is great! We have our own simcard for 5.5Euro/month so the system works even without electricity or wifi at home!
