I bought the Ajax Hub Plus system in Ukraine and moved it to Cyprus. I have been using for about 5 years. During this time, the system worked perfectly. But recently one of the two gsm-modules broke down. I contacted the company's support service, sent them the Hub, they fixed it in a week and did not charge for it, although the warranty had ended a long time ago. The support team responds quickly. Now everything is working great! Thanks for the great service and great system.
