This could be a great system. However, there is not way to separate the alarm from the notification to properly manage the alarm notification or to delink the notification from the alarm sounds on the phone. When the hub goes off line the alarm sounds the same as when a motion is detected. With the multitude of power cuts that are experienced at my location, this means the alarm goes off constantly. It seems the only solution has been to completely turn of the notifications and the alarm on my phone. So now, I have no way to monitor or to be alerted if a motion is detected defeating the purpose.
