Ajax was recommended by a friend as the top wireless systems nowadays. However, after purchasing the security set one of the motion sensors appear to be faulty out of the box. I was asked to cover the delivery charges of the replacement sensor. Apparently the address provided by the Ajax rep was wrong and the faulty sensor was returned back to me. Ajax support team advised that the seller was not authorized partner and will not take responsibility for the faulty product. The result, faulty expensive system with no warranty. Will NEVER recommend AjaxAlso, recommendations In case of no built-in speaker in the keypad, would be great at least to have some kind of warning flashing light on enter when armedApplication is slow and some times is unresponsive or takes long time to disarm/armApplication UI fob for arming disarming has bad visual.
