Transfers from Hargreaves Lansdown were quick and efficient, progress shown online in my account. When I did have a problem linking my wife's account to my own, Customer Services were helpful in actioning this for me. One star deducted for having to go to CS though as this should have been do-able online, just that the website for some reason didn't allow it. Otherwise good and as expected.
