Frustrating Experience with Baggage and Delays

I was informed that I could bring one small bag with me to the plane, as confirmed by the staff at the counter. However, once I reached the boarding area, the employee began pressuring me and other passengers to surrender our bags because the flight was full. After a lengthy discussion, I stood my ground, and upon boarding, it was evident that there was plenty of space to store our bags. Additionally, both my outbound and return flights experienced multiple delays, which felt chaotic.
