This airline is the worst airline I 've ever used their customer service is very rude I booked a flex ticket I completed the outbound on the inbound I need to change the date but they were asking the same amount for the entire ticket there for I cancled the ticket I recieved £100 instead of £700.

My baggage was initially reported as missing, and a report was officially filed with the airline. When I finally received the luggage, it arrived damaged with a broken foot, and I clearly documented this in the delivery receipt at the airport. Despite having records of both the missing baggage report and the damage noted upon collection, my compensation request was rejected due to the absence of a separate damage report. The process felt unfair and disappointing, as the issue was properly documented in their own system. I hope the company improves how it handles baggage claims and reviews cases more carefully.

Flight from Moscow to Munich canceled without notification

My flight from Moscow to Munich was canceled without any explanation. I didn’t receive an email about the cancellation, and the support from the airline at the airport was non-existent. We were only told that they would reach out to possibly rebook us on another flight. I waited, but no email ever came. After a long wait, I had to book a new flight myself, which was scheduled for the next day and cost significantly more than the original ticket. Now, the airline is refusing to reimburse the extra expenses incurred due to their cancellation. This has been a frustrating experience. I strongly advise against using this airline — I will certainly not be flying with them again.

Frustrating Experience with Claim Submission

Good afternoon. I have been trying to submit my claim for damaged baggage for three days without success. I’ve attempted to switch browsers, clear cookies, and even downloaded the app, but nothing works. The only platform that responds quickly is social media, yet the representatives there were unable to assist me. My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing! My flight faced multiple delays and cancellations, totaling over a day, which led to lost hotel reservations, a taxi, and a transfer to another airline. To top it off, my luggage was damaged, and now I can’t even submit my claim! Absolutely terrible service!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I had a flight from one city to another with a stopover. My ticket was at the FLEX rate and included two passengers. On the day of the flight, I needed to cancel one ticket. I submitted a request through the contact form and was promptly contacted by a knowledgeable representative within a few hours. They made all the necessary changes and canceled the ticket, assuring me that I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. To my surprise, I received my refund (about 75% of the total cost) after just one business day, which is impressive. Overall, my flight experience was seamless and pleasant. The customer service was excellent, especially for a budget airline.

The worst experience I've ever had with any airline.

I had a valid ticket and arrived on time, but my boarding was unexpectedly cancelled without a clear or legitimate explanation. Despite this, the company kept my money, effectively taking my ticket, and completely refused to provide any refund or compensation. To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was appalling. They were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I felt completely disrespected, as if the rights of passengers meant nothing to this service. After submitting a formal complaint, I received nothing but generic responses with no real investigation or accountability. This is not how a professional airline should operate. I strongly advise anyone considering this airline to think twice, as you could lose your money and receive no support whatsoever. I will never travel with this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Frustrating Experience with Baggage and Delays

I was informed that I could bring one small bag with me to the plane, as confirmed by the staff at the counter. However, once I reached the boarding area, the employee began pressuring me and other passengers to surrender our bags because the flight was full. After a lengthy discussion, I stood my ground, and upon boarding, it was evident that there was plenty of space to store our bags. Additionally, both my outbound and return flights experienced multiple delays, which felt chaotic.

Disappointing Premium Upgrade

We upgraded to premium, but our upgraded seats and included meals were given away on both flights. The flight attendant was rude and unhelpful, and customer support was ineffective. I would rather walk than fly with them again.

Poorly Managed Airline Experience

This airline is poorly managed and disorganized. We landed about 10 km away from the terminal, which took ages to reach. I nearly missed my connecting flight. To make matters worse, we had a 30-minute drive just to get to the gate, causing panic among passengers who thought we were being transferred to a different airport. I will never use them again due to their terrible organization.

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs!

The service was absolutely awful. Baggage drop-off took nearly an hour due to insufficient staff. At the gate, we had to use a baggage sizer, and despite our cabin bag having traveled countless times without issue, it didn't fit. We were told to remove the wheels if possible, and ultimately had to pay an extra fee for a minor excess. To top it off, our flight was delayed by about 40 minutes. I will never fly with this airline again.
