Appalling customer support! I reached out regarding a mistakenly returned parcel, but my multiple emails and calls went unanswered. Today, I received a notification of a refund processed without any acknowledgment of my previous messages. It's incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of support for customers. If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I certainly would. I can't even repurchase the item as it's sold out.
