Review Time
I was emailed as a member and asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account for an online transaction purchase 4 days ago that has not yet been posted. It was for an item purchased on sale. They 'declined to proceed with my order" and would not provide contact details to follow up and NO REFUND even though they cannot fulfil their order. I have just lodged a complaint with fair trading. I will never buy from this company ever again!
Terrible support experience!! I reached out about a mistakenly returned parcel, but they never replied to my numerous emails or calls. Today, I received a notification about a refund being processed without any acknowledgment of my earlier messages. It's shocking! I've never been this let down by a company and their inadequate customer support. If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I certainly would. I can't even repurchase the item since it's sold out.

Unreasonable and frustrating! I provided the customer service team with photos of two pairs of footwear showing their defects (one pair had mismatched shades of blue, and the other had a crooked stitch). The team insisted they could only assist with genuine faults, while showing little understanding of the disappointment this caused. It's disheartening for a local brand! I wonder if the leadership understands how their support team treats customers. This can't continue, and I'm escalating my complaint. I wish I had seen the negative reviews before making my purchase. Buyers, be cautious!
I tried the item on in-store but my size wasn't available. I ordered online for a better price and was able to track my order almost immediately. It arrived just four days later, even during the busy holiday season. I'm very satisfied.
I purchased a vegan leather shirt and matching skirt, but some buttons were missing. When I contacted the customer support chat for additional buttons, I went through numerous rounds of messages without any resolution. The final response was unhelpful, stating they couldn't assist and suggested I consult a local boutique, which isn't an option for me.
The medium size of the sports top fits like an extra small. It feels like I'm trying to put on a child's garment. This is absurd! I don’t know what manufacturing process is behind these items. I received no response via email. Very disappointing.
