I provided the customer service team with photos of two pairs of footwear showing their defects (one pair had mismatched shades of blue, and the other had a crooked stitch). The team insisted they could only assist with genuine faults, while showing little understanding of the disappointment this caused. It's disheartening for a local brand! I wonder if the leadership understands how their support team treats customers. This can't continue, and I'm escalating my complaint. I wish I had seen the negative reviews before making my purchase.
