On December 24, I attempted to book a round-trip ticket online with a certain airline. My credit card was charged, yet I have not received the flight tickets. The issue seems to stem from a payment that the airline labeled as 'unsuccessful,' while their payment processor classified it as 'successful.' Immediately after the transaction, I received a notification from the airline stating the payment had failed, followed by a message from the payment platform confirming the payment was successful. Despite sending four emails and reaching out via social media, I have received no response. No tickets and no refund to my account. Additionally, I had to cancel my trip, which included a wellness retreat package that won’t be fully refunded. It’s hard to believe that in today's tech-savvy world, this airline is still facing such outdated technical issues and poor customer service. I wish I could give them less than one star.
