Extremely disappointing experience with this airline.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience traveling from one city to another. The staff were exceptionally rude and lacked basic customer service skills. They charged me an outrageous amount for just 1 kg of excess baggage, totaling a staggering fee that exceeded the ticket price. The representatives were unhelpful and rushed me without allowing time to resolve the issue. It felt like they were only interested in taking as much money as possible. I would strongly advise against using this airline!

Frustrating Experience with Online Ticket Booking

On December 24, I attempted to book a round-trip ticket online with an airline. Despite my credit card being charged, I have yet to receive the flight tickets. The problem seems to stem from the airline marking the payment as ‘unsuccessful,’ while the payment platform indicated it was ‘successful.’
Immediately after completing the online payment, I received a notification from the airline stating that the payment had failed. Just a minute later, I received a confirmation from the payment platform that the payment was successful and processed to the airline.
After sending four emails to their various contacts and reaching out via their social media as suggested, I have received no response. I am left without plane tickets and no refund to my account.
Additionally, I had to cancel my holiday plans, which included a wellness retreat package that won’t be fully refunded. It’s hard to believe that in this technological age, the airline is facing such outdated technical problems and poor customer support. If I could, I would rate them lower than 1 star.

Complete loss with no refund in sight!

The issue seems to stem from a payment that the airline labeled as 'unsuccessful,' while their payment processor classified it as 'successful.' Immediately after the transaction, I received a notification from the airline stating the payment had failed, followed by a message from the payment platform confirming the payment was successful. Despite sending four emails and reaching out via social media, I have received no response. No tickets and no refund to my account. Additionally, I had to cancel my trip, which included a wellness retreat package that won’t be fully refunded. It’s hard to believe that in today's tech-savvy world, this airline is still facing such outdated technical issues and poor customer service. I wish I could give them less than one star.

Not recommended for international travel, very poor experience

Our flight was delayed due to operational issues with the airline, causing us to miss our international connecting flight. We had to wait over 24 hours at the airport and were rebooked much later, leading to significant physical and mental exhaustion after already traveling for long hours. The delay resulted in lost income, missed connections, and extra expenses. Despite raising numerous complaints and follow-ups, there has been no compensation or satisfactory response. Overall, the experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, and the lack of accountability made it even worse.

Wonderful experience from Goa to Ahmedabad

This was my first flight with a certain airline. The staff were polite, the attendants were helpful, and the plane was in excellent condition and very clean. The food was enjoyable as well. Boarding was well organized and the flight departed on time. I have no complaints, although it took some time to manage the excess luggage online.

They misplaced 34 bottles of Zam Zam

They left 34 bottles of Zam Zam at the airport in Jeddah, causing a two-hour inconvenience for passengers at Ahmedabad airport as they dealt with forms for the missing cargo. I will never fly with this airline again.

Flight canceled without notice, no refund

On 29/03/2023, we booked a flight from Bengaluru to Mopa. When we arrived at the airport on 23/06/2023, we were informed that the flight was canceled. We received no warning or notification. We were told to file a complaint on the website, but there was no response whatsoever. We had to purchase a new ticket at four times the original price with another airline just to continue our vacation. We lost a significant amount of money despite following all the correct procedures.
