I booked a ticket with Akbar Travels from DXB to ISB for 17 December 2025. The booking was made on 27 November. However, after receiving the booking details from the agency, I tried to confirm it with the airline and was informed that there was no confirmed booking under my name.When I contacted Akbar Travels, they told me it was a group booking and that I would receive the confirmed airline ticket 24 hours before departure. This situation caused me a lot of tension. From 27 November until 16 December, I was worried about whether I would receive the ticket or not.Additionally, the agency had informed me that the ticket would be issued 24 hours before departure, but I did not receive it automatically. I had to call them again on 16 December, and only then did they send and confirm the ticket.Thankfully, I received the ticket and traveled safely.Suggestion:I would recommend that Akbar Travels provide the confirmed airline ticket at the time of booking so passengers can feel relaxed and stress-free before their travel date.
