The price of product (ref 13719) was reasonable, and I ordered it through Amazon. However, the delivery experience with DHL, chosen by AK Kin, was extremely disappointing. I ended up wasting over seven hours on Thursday and Friday waiting for the supposed mid-afternoon delivery. Whoever manages DHL's tracking app should be let go immediately. I stayed outside until 19:20 last night, only to receive a message claiming they attempted delivery but couldn't access the premises—a complete fabrication. DHL's grasp of customer service is non-existent. AK Kin, if you wish to keep customers, avoid using DHL.

Ordered a 'blue diamond' frying pan, having already bought a saucepan which was really great. Frying pan came the day after ordering and was well packed. However it was too big for storage space we had. Returned it the same day, process easy and refund swiftly given. Pans appear to be good quality and good value for money. Would recommend them and company.

DHL's understanding of customer service is zero. AK Kin, if you want to retain custom DO NOT use DHL.
