At RG Prep, we are committed to forming genuine relationships between the student, guardian, and tutor. In the age of AI, human connection is becoming increasingly rare for all of us, especially high school students, unless new avenues are opened up and supported. We are taking the initiative to inject humanity back into the test preparation process. We believe the tutoring process should not only enhance a student's academic skills but also develop their character. Through encouragement, hard work, and honesty, the tutor-student relationship can serve a high school student and tutor for years after the process ends. There is a lack of college mentors for high school students, and we utilize the tutoring process as a mentorship opportunity as well.
