Exercise caution when purchasing online. I bought a laptop that wasn't available in-store, but the charger provided is for different plugs and sockets. It doesn't fit here. Customer service suggested I buy another adapter, providing numerous excuses. I visited one of their stores, but they didn't have a suitable adapter and told me to check elsewhere. This feels like a scam.
