I had a huge trouble getting money in US. my mom sent money in Al Ansari (UAE) through Ria service. They ensured her that I can get money here at any location . That’s not true. I could just get at the Walmart location. it was just two spots in DC , and faaaar from where I live. The worst part was getting there and got the answer that my passport isn’t enough ! They asked for mail with my name on it. Like what ? what the heck. I spend money for an Uber . and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in my life so far ! Ended up not getting my money and my mom had to claim the refund. Still didn’t get a good service at Al Ansari. The worst service!
