What went wrong: Took 1 hour and 16 minutes to activate my old account and complete my transaction.

What went wrong:1. I went to Al Ansari Exchange Dubai Hills Mall branch in the morning around 12:15 pm on 07/12/2024. The person at the counter told me that my account is old, and it is not active and needs to be activated with my Emirates Id. He took my Id and in about 20 minutes he got it done and exchanged my currency. 2. I went to Al Ansari Exchange Dubai Hills Mall same day again at 08:24 pm to send money to India to my own account in Standard Chartered Bank.3. The counter person asked me to submit many documents to activate my old account which I had opened before 2000, which was activated in the morning when I exchanged money.4. With lot of trouble finally my transaction was completed in 1 hour and 16 minutes.This is the efficiency of Al Ansari Exchange in Dubain hills Mall.
