I have bad experience to call this al ansar exchange, especially Abubaker staff he is very rude he doesn't know how to assist the customer while in phone, and I paid the transaction to send money to Philippines as a pick up, what I hear from back round they keep laughing each other in the phone and I called through roaming number, I finish my balance because he is not doing his job properly, I called today Sunday May 11 time 9:30 pm, but he never help me for my preference number, until I finish all my credit from Dubai to call him through landline,very bad service very bad staff very rude uneducated person how he is working as customer service and he is treating like his prospective,, it’s not acceptable at all, he was laughing while he is answering me through phone,, he didn’t have ethic-ate through telephonic,, you need to kick him as soon as possible and he make the customer bad experience and bad refutation, he need more training
