Factory support staff were quick to address special issues that arose. I'll amend the review after my garage is erected.UPDATE:Communication continued to be excellent throughout the entire process, including with the factory representatives at Carolina Carports. They were extremely pleasant and accommodating ! Scheduling went well and was within the originally estimated timeframe. A crew from Mississippi called while enroute and arrived as scheduled. It was a terribly cold and nasty day but they started early and worked until well after dark. The crew members were friendly, professional, and worked hard to complete the job despite the unfavorable conditions. Around 8 pm that same night they cleaned up and I had a new 24x35 garage. Very happy with the whole transaction and the finished product.
