The integration of my existing system into this platform was seamless, and it has been well-supported. The experience feels unified, and there’s less delay when interacting with my system through the app compared to my previous provider. One feature I miss is the ability to emulate a keypad on the mobile app. However, I’ve been satisfied with the monitoring experience.
