Frustrating video clip restrictions

We can upload only 1,000 video clips monthly, and after that, we have to wait until the next month. At night, I have to turn off the outdoor cameras because they activate with every bug. They also pick up car headlights. We’ve tried adjusting the settings, but then they fail to capture anything. This makes them ineffective for nighttime security due to the limit! We had to find a different solution for nighttime monitoring as this service is lacking after dark. I cannot recommend it.

Excellent security platform with great integration

I want to clarify that the service is not a monitoring company but a platform for third-party dealers to offer security solutions. I'm using a different provider for monitoring. The integration of my existing system into this platform was seamless, and it has been well-supported. The experience feels unified, and there’s less delay when interacting with my system through the app compared to my previous provider. One feature I miss is the ability to emulate a keypad on the mobile app. However, I’ve been satisfied with the monitoring experience.

Feeling scammed

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. I was told to buy a new doorbell since my old one stopped working without a subscription fee. After spending $180 on a new camera, I was informed that I need to pay a monthly fee. This feels like a scam.

Disappointing experience

I spent between $4,000 and $5,000 on the system. Right now, the alarm is going off due to an open window, and they couldn't even call the police. I guess I have to handle this myself, despite paying for their service.

Very poor service

Absolutely terrible! Avoid this service, especially if you're in Ohio, as they lack local technicians. The management is inadequate. They promise specific call times but never follow up. Do not trust this service!

Frustrating camera issues

I'm very frustrated with this service. Out of seven cameras, only two work properly. The others either time out or fail to connect after a long wait. Despite multiple attempts by the service team to fix the problem, nothing has improved. They even want to charge us for cameras that don’t function properly, despite having strong internet.

Great support for elderly monitoring

I live with my elderly parents and need a monitoring system for their safety. My father's phone needed replacing, and I had trouble downloading the app. Thankfully, a representative patiently helped him in person to get everything set up. Thank you for the excellent service!
