Extremely disappointing. I began reporting sagging in this mattress just two weeks after purchase. Customer service ignored my concerns and downplayed my issues. When I left feedback on their site, they claimed they had no record of my purchase, despite having proof. Overall, a total waste of money. Now, I wake up in pain every day. As a 100% Disabled Veteran, I find myself sleeping in the guest room multiple times a week to ease the discomfort.
