Extremely disappointed. I began expressing concerns about the mattress sagging after just two weeks. Customer service not only ignored my issues, but also downplayed my complaints. When I submitted a review on their platform, I was informed they had no record of my purchase. I have the email as proof. Overall, this has been a total waste of money. Now, I'm waking up in pain every day. As a 100% disabled veteran, I find myself sleeping in the guest room several times a week to escape the discomfort.

I ordered my mini king bed in June, with delivery scheduled for 10/27. I confirmed multiple times with the delivery service, and everything seemed set. However, on the morning of delivery, I disposed of my old mattress only to be informed 30 minutes before the appointment that my product was damaged. The representative showed no concern. I contacted customer service, but they did not take steps to address the issue. They seem indifferent to customer satisfaction, their prices are high, and my family experienced a terrible situation.
I purchased a mini mattress a few months back after visiting the showroom. The mattress is firm and meets my expectations. However, be cautious about the delivery process. Once the mattress is ready, you must take delivery immediately; they do not hold it for you. Additionally, they only deliver to your door, not inside your home. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. I chose not to buy sheets from them, as there are other options available online. The mini mattress is also referred to as Vermont King by other sellers, allowing me to find better sheets elsewhere.
I purchased a mattress from them four years ago and recently received an offer for discounted bedding, which was appealing since they are one of the few that cater to oversized mattresses. However, they introduced a mini version of the Alaskan king mattress, and when I ordered sheets, I didn't notice the 'mini' label, resulting in the wrong size. Once I opened the package, they refused to assist me. In 2025, it’s frustrating that they lack a system to notify customers about purchase records for this specific size. They need to improve their customer service.
