I purchased a mattress from them four years ago and recently received an offer for discounted bedding, which was appealing since they are one of the few that cater to oversized mattresses. However, they introduced a mini version of the Alaskan king mattress, and when I ordered sheets, I didn't notice the 'mini' label, resulting in the wrong size. Once I opened the package, they refused to assist me. In 2025, it’s frustrating that they lack a system to notify customers about purchase records for this specific size. They need to improve their customer service.
