Extremely disappointed. I began expressing concerns about the mattress sagging after just two weeks. Customer service not only ignored my issues, but also downplayed my complaints. When I submitted a review on their platform, I was informed they had no record of my purchase. I have the email as proof. Overall, this has been a total waste of money. Now, I'm waking up in pain every day. As a 100% disabled veteran, I find myself sleeping in the guest room several times a week to escape the discomfort.
