I love my new little light box! About the size of a small tablet, it's easy to take anywhere. I love that I can tuck it in a drawer, too, to keep it out of my children's hands. And so bright! I had to work up to full strength over the course of two weeks to get used to it. It's nice to be able to be two feet from it--as opposed to six inches on some models. I was so relieved to find an LED light box, too, so that I don't have to replace (and recycle) bulbs. My only product complaint is that the stand is a little flimsy and the light box doesn't stay in it very well, so I use an iPad stand that we already had and it's perfect. In terms of customer service, I haven't needed them yet, as my order arrived on time with no problems, too.
