I purchased a Kova sofa, and within a month or two, all the seat cushions became very worn, and later the back cushions did as well. I've used a fabric shaver as suggested, but the issues returned quickly. The company insists this is normal and not a defect. After over a year, the sofa still looks old and worn. I regret this purchase and would not have bought it had I known this would be an ongoing issue.
