Cancelled my order for a couch less then 5 days after ordering because I needed something sooner then it would arrive
They charged me a $200 restocking fee!! What the heck is a $200 fee paying for. Absurd

However, when I returned home, there were three large boxes left unpacked, including one addressed to another customer. I immediately contacted the support team and provided all the necessary details, but I have not received any clear updates on when the missing item will arrive or when the incorrect item will be picked up. With just five days until Christmas and a full house, I have nowhere to sit and cannot use my living room. I am very dissatisfied with this service and do not recommend it.

Do not purchase from this brand. The reviews are accurate; customer service is a nightmare, responding only with generic warranty statements and offering discounts on new products. We bought a sofa with plans to expand it, but the fabric was discontinued. This has been a total waste of money and a case of false advertising.
