UPDATE 6/12/25 *** I got in contact w/ the person from Albany who reached out to me on trustpilot. The company sent out brand new cushions and covers to me. I am very pleased that Albany Park helped rectify my issue. Thank you!4/30/25 * I’m quite disappointed in this company. I bought my Kova couch in 2023 and recall seeing a lot of hype about it being washable and pet-friendly. I washed the covers several times, and recently two of them developed a strange bubbling. I washed in cold and air dry. I emailed the company because they claimed to offer a lifetime warranty, and their website doesn’t specify what is excluded from that coverage under their warranty section, it even says “ For the first 10 years of ownership, we’ll replace your furniture with brand new Albany Park furniture at absolutely no charge to you if yours is defective in workmanship or materials.” However, they informed me that their cushion covers were not washable prior to 2024, and they won’t even send me two replacement covers. I’m not just disappointed; I’m extremely disappointed. Considering how much money we spent with their company and recommendations, I would expect them to be able to send me two new covers. My couch looks terrible, and when people come over, they will see the poor quality. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend them either.
