Worst customer service experience. Bought Kova sofa and couldn’t use for my therapy practice. People can’t sit on it, so deep that feet hang over the edge, no support for their back. Advised I wanted to return after two weeks. They said I could but then when I tried to go about getting shipping information, their responses were delayed to me. By the time, I gathered the information needed about the packaging as I didn’t have the original and asked for a shipping label I was told it was past the thirty day return period (two days). I filed the claim seeking return two weeks after I received the sofa. Part of this was my fault as the information for the shipping went to my spam mailbox and I didn’t see right away. But, too their responses took two days. I felt like they should have honored the request as I filed this within the 30 day return window. I had also tried to exchange the couch but they wouldn’t let me because the one I selected was a different price.
