Someone opened an Albert account under my name back in 2022 and I never even heard of this app back in 2022 until now and when I went to create an account it kept saying my ssn is already linked to an account so I texted customer service and they told me it was an account under my name from 2022 and I told them I never opened no albert account back in 2022 so now I cant even open no account with them no more due to someone creating one fraudulent under my name
