Refund Not Received After Months – Extremely Poor Experience
I placed two orders with Albina Dyla (Orders #32282 and #32281) in October and November 2025, totaling AED 8,454. Despite multiple follow-ups, my refund has still not been processed we are not March 2026.
This delay is far beyond any reasonable timeframe and does not align with the company’s own stated refund policy. Communication has been inconsistent, and there has been no accountability or clear resolution.
For a brand positioned as premium, this level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should be aware of the risks when ordering, particularly when it comes to refunds.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a formal chargeback and escalate the matter through the relevant consumer protection channels.
I expect Albina Dyla to address this urgently.
