I purchased a dress from this website, but unfortunately the quality was very poor and did not match the expectations or product presentation.
For the past 6 months, I have been trying to resolve this issue by contacting customer service through WhatsApp and email. I requested a refund and offered to return the dress, however my messages have been consistently ignored and no resolution has been provided.
This experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication and customer support. I expected a professional handling of returns and refunds, especially after making multiple attempts to cooperate and return the item.
I hope the company improves its customer service and refund process to avoid similar situations for other customers.
I have had a fantastic experience with Albina Dyla. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced, they provide updates about your order, and even send photos and videos of it. Hana in particular was extremely helpful and communicative.
I ended up returning my orders as they were a little too sparkly for my style but I am super happy with their communication and plan to try other dresses from them in the future.
The dress does not look like what i ordered, the length of the dress is made for someone who is 8ft tall, there's so much that needs to be cut off. The biggest heartbreak, is that the collar that goes around the neck, the material that sits in your neck has been melted. it's so rough, It feels like its cutting your skin and is impossible to wear without alterations. This broke my heart, as this was for my wedding day. I'm now having to look for another dress.. What a waste of my money!
❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ so upset right now theys people have made my friend end up in hospital after my friend paying over £900 for a dress they told her FedEx had giving it to some man and sign for it on her name in a road near her home which is not acceptable for any reason saying dere was road works near her house my friend was planning on getting engaged 💍 and needed her dress and now in hospital with anxiety attacks after what they ppl are saying and doing to her please don't shop with then I have never seen my friend like this since her brother passed away 😢 please it's not even about the money there like 12 different people calling and texting all telling her different things and she can't find her dress and won't refund her 😢
Just got my daughter Prom dress today. Ordered and recived in less than a month. Hana and the team even made sure it was customized it to her exact measurements.this was a great experience. I recommend 100%. I will update with pics after prom.
I purchased a dress from Albinadyla for my daughter’s 18th birthday and the experience was truly outstanding. Initially, I bought two dresses; we returned one of them and chose to keep the other. For the dress we selected, the measurements were changed and fully customized, and the final result was simply stunning.
The refund for the returned dress took a little longer than expected to arrive, but aside from this small delay, everything else was more than satisfactory. Overall, the experience was not just positive, but extraordinary — just like the dress itself.
What really made the difference was the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the customer service team, especially Bleona and Genita, who were always helpful, patient, and incredibly kind.

Be ware: this is not a fraud company. But it is worse. It’s psychological torture. If you like what you bought then great, but if you think you’ll be refunded- you might as well submit yourself to a mental health institution because they will suck your soul to the point of insanity. I still have not seen a refund for my case but they’ve done everything to stall, find loop holes, and make false promises. There is a different customer support “rep” answering every message there’s like 12 people I have spoken to over one refund. I have disputed this with my bank as I returned the dress and never got a refund which they scapegoat with their “policy” rhetoric. The moment I filed a chargeback they did an amazing job at convincing me to cancel it (truly my naive mistake), and now the torture continues. I have never had a nervous breakdown in my life but this company brought me to one. There’s so many beautiful brands out there, don’t waste your sanity for this designer and her circus. They do not care, and how these reps (if they are even real) go to sleep at night knowing they are torturing people who genuinely tried to support their business and put money in their pockets so they can feed their families. I take responsibility for reversing the chargeback out of good faith I should’ve just kept it since the bank gave me my money back, but I didn’t want to hurt the merchant- don’t be naive, don’t be honest, be smart. If they don’t refund you just file a chargeback and let them deal with it. Eventually with a high enough chargeback rate their merchant bank will drop them and they will be deemed too risky for many other processing banks. I don’t know how they haven’t gotten to that point yet with all these reviews but all a girl can do is hope. They have literally made me lose my mind and I will be filing a lawsuit against them. So just be aware. Yes you’ll get your product and yes they will be responsive. But they will not work to help you in any way. Bye bye $1K and hello to regaining my mental health back slowly.
