We have enjoyed living in our home for the past 35 years. However, with the arrival of a new neighbor in January, we have not been notified of any changes in usage. The neighbor has threatened us and even soaked us with a hose on multiple occasions, including during a family barbecue to celebrate my husband's retirement. We also have concerns regarding the behavior of the neighbor towards my granddaughters, aged 9 months and 6 years. My daughter addressed the unacceptable behavior, only to be met with aggression. The neighbor's actions seem to be worsening, and we are increasingly troubled by the situation.
