My experience with the company was extremely disappointing and alarming. I was required to work seven weeks straight without a single day off, which was both exhausting and unsustainable. The organization consistently prioritized profit over the wellbeing of staff and clients, taking on care packages they were clearly unable to manage. They brought in untrained staff from other regions, compromising the safety of both employees and vulnerable clients. Office staff often worked excessive hours, while care staff were made to work illegal hours to cover packages. There was a complete lack of compassion for clients and employees alike. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, whether as a client or a potential employee.
