I am shocked by the level of care my mother has received. The promises made during initial meetings with a representative were not fulfilled. Although the first meetings were positive, the situation deteriorated over time. The inconsistency in arrival times for medication caused my mother distress and anxiety. The care team was expected to help with her daily activities, but the execution was rushed and lacked initiative. While the evening visits were slightly better, there is a significant failure in the administration system. This became evident when a scheduled morning visit was not assigned, leaving my mother without care. We have since decided to discontinue our relationship with the company.
