Been to the office in Elizabeth City with my Son for last 9 months. Never have I seen the compassionate and caring customer service provided by Mr. Chris Edwards Every single time we visit it’s a positive experience and even uplifting! He is a true inspiration for those in this difficult situation. Beside’s his expertise of the product and installation- he always is polite and friendly and provides a promising word to his customers. You just don’t see this kind of service anymore and I’m fortunate ( and others as well!) to have Chris giving it- every single visit.
