Horrible customer service ! My device wasn’t working, it kept locking me out even though I had not had a single drop of alcohol. I didn’t chew gum or used mouthwash before blowing into the device yet it locked me out three times. I was afraid if I tried again it would lock me out permanently and I had no other way to get home from work nor could I leave my car in a parking lot so I decided to contact the so call alcolock hotline. A “lady” answered my call and was very rude and useless. I told her what was happening with the device and her answer was to air the device before blowing, which I had already done then she went to say that there was nothing she could do at that time and she didn’t know what else to tell me. I wish I had gotten her name, if she’s so clueless and doesn’t like talking to people she shouldn’t be working in customer service ( I know because I’ve been in this industry for over a decade) very unprofessional, and not helpful at all I wish I had read the reviews before I got the device from this company. I will be looking into switching companies.
