This company is a sham. I called and asked what I should do before taking my car to the mechanic. They told me I have two options pay $80 dollars for a four digit code to give to the mechanic to turn off my device or take the violations I would get if I the retest get missed or the start the engine without testing. Mind you my monthly payments are $80 for this company and anytime you have to get the device service they charge you. I was on the web for less than 5 mins and found three other company’s with less of a money driven scheme. The customer service is awful, there is no regard for the people working to get this program finished and out of the way. A regretful mistake giving this company any of my money. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
