Mistakes can happen, but transparency is essential. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car leasing service. If you have the option, choose another provider! Here’s the situation: with only three weeks left in my lease (which I decided to terminate after 11 months), I tried to reach out for assistance. No one responded to my emails, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I received no confirmation about returning the vehicle, making it seem like I could just keep it without anyone noticing. This was just the start of the terrible communication. After a stone hit my windshield, I needed to repair it but wanted to seek permission from the 'owner.' Unfortunately, it seemed no one at the company was available. I followed recommendations to schedule a repair with their partner service, but they canceled just hours before the appointment. Then, I arranged another appointment in a different city, only to have that canceled as well. Frustrated, I returned the car with the broken window, expecting to hear about payment soon. To make matters worse, it was June, and I received no communication at all. Now it’s January of the following year, and I finally received an invoice with no message or apology. This is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope this company faces significant difficulties in the future.
