While mistakes can happen, open communication is crucial. My experience with a car leasing service has been the worst of my life. If possible, choose a different provider. To summarize: with just three weeks left in my lease (termination initiated by me after 11 months), I attempted to reach out for assistance. My emails went unanswered, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I received no confirmation regarding the return of the vehicle, making it feel as if I could simply keep it without anyone noticing. This was only the beginning of the poor communication. When a stone damaged my windshield, I needed to repair it but felt it was essential to seek permission from the 'owner.' Unfortunately, it seemed no one at the company was available. I followed recommendations and scheduled a repair with their partner service, but they canceled just hours before the appointment, wasting my time. I then arranged another appointment in a different city with the same company, only for them to cancel again. Frustrated, I returned the car with the broken window, expecting to hear from them regarding payment. To my dismay, it was June and I received no communication whatsoever. Now it’s January of the following year, and I finally received an invoice with no message or apology. It’s simply unacceptable. I truly hope this company faces significant challenges ahead.

The service was very poor. Everything seemed fine until I purchased the vehicle, after which I was simply ignored. I wrote about ten letters to customer support, but they either don’t have time or can’t respond. They promised to refund VAT upon car arrival but have ignored all my inquiries.
If you lease from this service and face issues with servicing, both companies will leave you to handle it yourself, showing unprofessional behavior. I went for a routine service, and after a delay, I received an invoice for a replaced part that I was not informed about beforehand. ALD claims they aren’t involved, leaving me in a frustrating situation.
