4 and not 3 stars because : -very responsive team, ready to help when asked-negotiation and purchasing system very easy to use (although no English version)-cars very good and heavily discounted especially during Covid4 and not 5 stars : - customer orientation very poor (feedback is lacking, no follow up after sales, after sales support missing completely-DIY and we pay is used) - a long list of documents to fill in - all in Danish - a simple document translator will help the expats a lot - nobody explains the purchasing system if you are new to Denmark - you are on your own, they are very strict with the number of words to be used per day
