While mistakes can happen, open communication is crucial. My experience with a car leasing service has been the worst of my life. If possible, choose a different provider. To summarize: with just three weeks left in my lease (termination initiated by me after 11 months), I attempted to reach out for assistance. My emails went unanswered, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I received no confirmation regarding the return of the vehicle, making it feel as if I could simply keep it without anyone noticing. This was only the beginning of the poor communication. When a stone damaged my windshield, I needed to repair it but felt it was essential to seek permission from the 'owner.' Unfortunately, it seemed no one at the company was available. I followed recommendations and scheduled a repair with their partner service, but they canceled just hours before the appointment, wasting my time. I then arranged another appointment in a different city with the same company, only for them to cancel again. Frustrated, I returned the car with the broken window, expecting to hear from them regarding payment. To my dismay, it was June and I received no communication whatsoever. Now it’s January of the following year, and I finally received an invoice with no message or apology. It’s simply unacceptable. I truly hope this company faces significant challenges ahead.
