I wouldn’t even score a (*) this company has robbed me outright. Since September I’ve been trying to get my $80 refund where I returned this item of a sweatsuit with two different leg sizes one long the other short. The pockets were sewn upside down and the material was polyester. It’s now December 2025 and still saying I will get my refund 2-5 days. I went to the post office to return the item certified where I could get a return signature. It was received. They’re operating a factory out of a house in Jamaica Queens NY. Package delivered I returned to them to that same address. They’re operating also from CHINA and told me I should send the package to London 🤔🤬🤯 how could I do that if it’s already received in Queens NY🤔Do not order anything online fromAlden York. They also don’t want to refund you even if you send the item back SCAMMING THIEVES
