I am not satisfied with shipping. Also I was asked to pay additional fees for customer service. At first I really complimented customer service. I hope my problem is resolved soon so I can continue to be satisfied with customer service.

Complete scam by this service! I ordered three pairs of pants that seemed fantastic in the images, but what I received was low-quality, unattractive items that were nothing like the pictures – awful quality, incorrect sizes, and fabric that feels like it's from a discount store. Their return policy is ridiculous: no free returns, they offer a meager 20% refund to keep the items or force you to pay for return shipping. The website misrepresents warehouse locations (one email claims UK, another Australia – clearly shipping from elsewhere). There are fake reviews everywhere. I filed a chargeback because this service doesn’t deserve any payment. Steer clear of this seller at all costs. Google won’t allow me to give zero stars.
Warning: This company is a scam. I ordered a sweater in size L, but received an XXL instead. They don't respond to phone calls, only emails. They asked me to return the sweater to a residential address in the UK and offered a meager 20% refund on my $57.98 purchase. I am currently disputing the charge, hoping my payment provider will take action against them, as they are based in China.
I received the wrong size and was denied a full refund after returning the clothing. I had to send it back to the UK, which cost me $153. Despite informing them of the size issue, they only offered a 40% refund and wanted me to keep the jackets. I regret not checking reviews before ordering.

I am pursuing legal action, but I urge others to be cautious, as all the items I received were made of low-quality materials, some had unpleasant odors, and sizes were inconsistent. The company has no physical presence, making communication impossible except through email.
I ordered two track suits in October 2025, one for me and one for my husband. Although I may have ordered the wrong size for him, the quality was disappointing.
