I’m very disappointed with my experience. A relative ordered an item, but it didn't match what was advertised at all. The quality and appearance were not as described online. When we reached out for a return or refund, we received no response despite several attempts. After further research, we found many others faced similar issues—products not matching the listings, no customer service, and refund difficulties. The package we received was sent from a questionable location, raising additional concerns. I cannot recommend this company.
