I ordered what was advertised as a 100% merino wool turtleneck, but it arrived labeled as polyester. The fabric felt cheap and synthetic, far from real wool. After just one wear, it started pilling and lost its shape. Shipping took nearly a month, and returning it costs €20, which is ridiculous for such low quality. The product felt like cheap factory clothing, far from luxury. Very disappointed and will not buy from this company again.
